This depends on the stack/unit orientation, but in general:

• West-facing units get the afternoon sun (roughly 1.30pm to sunset). These tend to be warmer, especially for living rooms and bedrooms that face directly west.
• South-west / north-west also get afternoon sun, though it’s slightly less harsh than pure west.
• East-facing units get morning sun, which many buyers prefer as it’s cooler and brighter earlier in the day.
• North or south-facing units usually avoid direct sun most of the day and are considered the most “neutral” in temperature.
